E.E. Oliver Booking Rates for Community Organizations:

• $20.00 / hour for use of full gym – including stage
• $10.00 / hour for use of half gym – does not include stage
• Kitchen Use: Light Lunch $35.00 / Banquet $70.00
• $40.00 for use of bar
• $10.00 / hour for use of ancillary room
• $10.00 / hour for use of stage 
• A refundable damage deposit will be required and will be equal to the total facility rental charge

E.E. Oliver Booking Rates for Commercial Private (ie: Weddings):

• $35.00 / hour for use of full gym – including stage
• $60.00 / hour for use of full gym for out of MD/Town or profit organizations
• $15.00 / hour for use of stage
• Fees for kitchen, bar and ancillary room are the same as listed above
• A refundable damage deposit will be required and will be equal to the total facility rental charge

Youth Rate for E. E. Oliver:

• $5.00 / hour rental fee for gym or ancillary room
• Kitchen Use – Light Lunch $35.00 / Banquet $70.00

Bookings of Chairs and/or Tables

Chairs

• 72 hour notice must be given to rent out chairs
• $1.00 per chair
• $100.00 damage deposit must be paid up front. Any damages exceeding the damage deposit are the responsibility of the user

Tables

• 72 hour notice must be given to rent out tables
• $5.00 / table for rectangular tables
• $100.00 damage deposit must be paid up front for rectangular tables
• $10.00 / round table
• $150.00 damage deposit for each round table must be paid up front

Any damages exceeding the damage deposit are the responsibility of the user
