Let me introduce you to the Town of Fairview......
Fairview is located at the junction of Highways 2, 35, 64 and 732. It is a crossroads for travelers to Peace River, Manning, High Level, Ft. Vermilion and Yellowknife; to Hines Creek, Worsley and Ft. St. John; and to Rycroft, Sexsmith, Grande Prairie and beyond.
Fairview is a stopping and shopping place for a booming oil and gas industry, as well as agriculture, forestry, education and commerce.
Fairview boasts unsurpassed recreation facilities and infrastructure, hosting many provincial sports events. The arts and cultural community is strong. We are excited to be hosting the 2011 Fifty-Five Plus Summer Games. Plans are already well underway for this huge event.
Beyond all of the above, Fairview and its surrounding area is home to more than 9000 folks who live, work, play, endure and prosper together. It's a pretty community, with beautifully groomed residential areas and clean, well kept parks and trails.
