UPDATE NOTICE: Councillor Nicole Halvorson has also resigned her position as a councillor. For this reason, we have updated the by-election information to note that there are two available councillor positions. Nicole Halvorson has shared with us news of her joyous life event and will be relocating. She felt it best to resign at this time rather than possibly having another by-election. Staff and Council wish her happiness and success in her future
