Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information that should be known before agreeing to subscribe to the eBill service.
This service allows subscribers to receive their Town of Fairview Utility Invoice electronically. The Electronic bill, also called eBill, has the same value as a paper Utility Invoice and should be treated as such by you. The Utility Invoice will be provided to the subscriber as a PDF attachment via the email address supplied. Customers who register for eBilling will no longer receive a paper copy of their bill. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to provide the correct email address and to inform the Town of Fairview of any changes to their email address. If you have not received your Town Utility Invoice by the 15th of each month, please contact the Town Office at 780-835-5461. Not receiving your bill is not justification for late payment and penalties of 2% per month will apply.
By clicking Submit, I hereby authorize the Town of Fairview to deliver my utility bill to the e-mail address I have provided. This authorization will remain in effect until written notice of termination is given to the Town of Fairview.
The personal information that you provide to the Town of Fairview on this form is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act — Section 33(c).
