Historic Dunvegan park is located just off highway number 2 on the north side of the Dunvegan Bridge. The site of an early fur trading settlement, Dunvegan Park brings to life representations of the families who lived and worked off the Peace River in the late 1800’s. The Historic Park provides children’s programs in the summer, an annual Canada Day celebration, Historic Day and daily tours of the site. Beautifully set next to the bright Dunvegan Bridge and nestled within the hills is also a Gardening Centre, a mini-golf course, full campsite, and children’s play park.
