  • Click the Directory page in the Business menu
  • Click the Add Listing button
    • If you have previously created a Username and Password for this section you only need to log in and proceed to the Directory Listing information sections.
    • If you have not, Please register a new Username and Password within this system which will be used for the system to identify your listing with your personal information. (once created you will then have to return to the original Directory page and click the Add Listing button again to log in using your newly created credentials)
  • Select your Business Category from the drop-down menu
  • Select the License option that corresponds to your business headquarters location.

*No Business License option is only for online-based businesses. By offering this option, the Town of Fairview recognizes the unique nature of online businesses and aims to support their growth and development. It acknowledges that these businesses may not require a traditional business license, as they do not engage in activities that typically necessitate one.

However, it is important to note that the Town of Fairview still maintains certain regulations and guidelines for online businesses operating within its jurisdiction. While the requirement for a traditional business license may be waived, online businesses are still expected to comply with other legal obligations, such as tax reporting and consumer protection laws.

The Town of Fairview retains the right to remove any publication or online presence of businesses that fail to meet these legal obligations or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. This measure is implemented to safeguard the interests of consumers and maintain the integrity of the online business landscape within the town.

  • Complete the required information for your business listing.
  • Upload the imagery pertaining to your business, such as logos or product details.

Note (February 7th, 2024):This payment option will be changing in the next quarter.

  • Verify the checkout information is correct, then select the Stripe Payment Method.
  • Click the “Pay Now via Stripe” button to load the payment information screen.
  • Provide the required payment information then click the “Pay” button to complete the transaction.
  • Fast payment options are provided via the green “Pay with LINK” button above the manual payment information section.
  • Once the payment has been processed an email receipt will be provided for your records.

Once your information has been received by the system our Licensing department will then verify the business information supplied. Should there be further information required before licensing approval you will be contacted via the information you provided.

Please note the Town of Fairview reserves the right to approve or deny business licensing applications submitted if the information is found to be fraudulent or fails to meet these legal obligations or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities. This measure is implemented to safeguard the interests of consumers and maintain the integrity of the business landscape within the town.

Approval: The Town of Fairview Licensing Officer will provide a digital copy of the licensing documents to the email address provided within your application information. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process to be completed.
