Regular Council meetings are held on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Tuesday of each month. Regular Council meetings begin with scheduled Delegations (if any) followed by the remaining agenda items. Closed Sessions are typically held at the end of the public meeting unless pre-scheduled in the agenda. Matters discussed during the Closed Session portion of the meeting must fall within one of the exceptions to disclosure as outlined in the Access to Information Act.
Any changes to the regular schedule, meeting cancellations, or notification of special meetings, are posted in the NEWS section of the website and our social media platforms. Council Meeting agendas are posted upon finalization, and Meeting minutes after approval are available on our portal for public viewing.
