NewsThe Fairview Fine Arts Centre is thrilled to host singer-songwriter Orit Shimoni on July 18th, 19th, and 20th for a writing workshop titled "Express Your Truth."
Do you want to explore your thoughts and feelings about yourself or the world around you? Check out the upcoming workshops.
These workshops are open to everyone, regardless of whether you are a writer or a musician. Orit (pronounced O'reet) will share tips and techniques she has developed over the years as a teacher and educator and assist you in discovering your inner voice and articulating what you want or need to express. Whether you're currently working on a writing project or unsure of where to begin, these workshops are designed to offer support in a safe and welcoming environment as you uncover your inner truth. Join us for a workshop and leave feeling more confident, understood, and appreciated!
Additionally, there will be a Songwriter’s Concert with Orit Shimoni on Sunday, July 20th, at 7 PM at the centre. Alongside Orit, this concert will feature participants in the workshop, should they choose to join. Advanced tickets are $20 and can be purchased at Mad Dog Cresting or the centre.
